CARNIVORE is a relaxed steakhouse with both Mediterranean and US influences filtering through the menu. Located in the heart of Henley Beach, it provides a chic and intimate setting where you can enjoy mouth-watering charred, smoky, slow cooked meats, premium fire grilled steaks and local seafood.

Established in 2017 with a focus on slow cooked meats, Carnivore travelled Australia showcasing and catering for high volume events and festivals. We became known nationally for smoking meats using our signature red gum on our hand crafted 5m high fire pit and were honoured with multiple first prize and gold accolades and awards for service, showmanship and cuisine.
Staying true to our name and with the desire to demonstrate our in-house culinary techniques and talent, we have developed our menu offerings to include premium meats cuts and seafood dishes that indulge the senses and capture the beauty of Australian produce.
We are committed to a paddock to plate approach, housing long standing relationships and strong collaborations with local farmers and suppliers to ensure we provide premium quality Australian produce.
Sourcing Australian farmed Pork, Coonawarra Angus Beef, Fleurieu Peninsula Lamb and South Australian Rock Lobster, King Prawns and Seafood, prepared and expertly grilled to perfection for our guests to enjoy.
Our Pork and Beef Ribs are cooked low and slow, smoked then charred on the open grill to enhance the flavour profiles and emphasize the varied cooking techniques inspired from the US. Coonawarra Black Angus steaks are prepared and grilled to perfection on the open flame. South Australian Rock Lobster, King prawns and Seafood is wild caught and sustainable.
